Shipping Policy (U.S. Only)

Where we ship: We currently deliver within the United States only via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (service selected based on availability).

Processing & Transit Times

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Transit time: Typically 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier capacity.
  • Cut-off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT are processed on the next business day.
  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email (and text message if provided) with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges


We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange on all orders. Return shipping is covered by us only for confirmed quality issues; for all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. (we’ll provide a prepaid return label). Before sending anything back, please email us at service@shoeminty.com to request an RMA. For full details, see our Return Policy.

Pre-orders & Back-orders

If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, in-stock items may ship first. The remaining items will ship automatically as soon as they become available.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at service@shoeminty.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, first check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier with your tracking number. Our support team is happy to assist you with a carrier claim: service@shoeminty.com.

Order Tracking

You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive tracking within 6 business days after purchase, please reach out to us. For some carriers, tracking may take 2–5 business days to appear in their systems.

Multiple Shipments

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may ship in separate packages. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

Delays & Force Majeure

Weather, holidays, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control may extend delivery times. Force Majeure includes, without limitation, acts of government, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, war, strikes, or carrier service interruptions.
